SO MUCH TO DO BEFORE PATTY COMES HOME AND WORK IS BEING REALLY INTENSE.

We got to talk earlier, a small subdued convo because it's so gray and rainy here. But at least it wasn't about nuclear apocalypse and we didn't get cut off and I made her an appointment at the Apple store.

Three more sleeps until she's home. Among my many kinks is anticipation, but seriously? Fuck that. It can't be Friday soon enough.

I keep listening to this (yes, it's two of the dudes from Glee, but it is not a Glee thing).

I'm in a strange mood today -- largely it's the internet rubbing me the wrong way, which really... not that interesting.

A former student of mine has been accepted to this Balkan heritage fieldschool & contacted me for advice. I checked in with an archaeo friend who thought it looked legit, but he wasn't familiar with it. If it's not too much trouble, could you please ask Patty if she's familiar with it and, if so, if she has any concerns about it once she gets home? My student is a good kid and I want to look out for him, but I really don't know archaeo fieldschools reputationally at all.
