We'd should also contact the NY organizers to find out more about how they went about doing this in their city. We'd need to know who to contact in Pittsburgh city government for this. Like New York, we'd probably have to skip any alcoholic beverages. And we'd also need a bunch of people willing to be drivers for it (most likely not a problem). It's doable, but I'd target next summer rather than this one. (Plus I'm incredibly busy this summer.)
