(no subject)

While starting and mantaining an LJ community for any interest is probably asking for Internet aggravation of the most classic kind -- in an effort to find more people into the current whim of the moment, learn more about the other events out there, and generally just foster some sort of community (I'm used to SCA people, who are just _everywhere_), I've started [livejournal.com profile] regency_reenact. Come, be geeky with me. Because it's very sad when the only member of a community is its maintainer.

I will face the grim process of dealing with LJ promo communities tomorrow. It's too wretched to look at right now. Also, I'm tired.

And, Regency House? Owns me.

Regency House?

Gods, I'd love to have time for re-enactment. I remember doing period dancing fondly back in my "Bretheren of the Coast" days, and would LOVE an excuse to get the Napoleonic naval officer's kit together.
