Would someone tell me that it's okay that it's not technically possible to get to every audition and that my inability to bend the time/space continuum and/or acquire a time-tuner will not negatively impact my chances of being a successful actor?

I'm sort of freaking out. Navigating the Warner Bros. thing (which is just featured background work on Third Watch in which I play a member of a vampire cult), work chaos, the inability to get to an audition I want to go to, and the current logistical struggle of trying to fit in another audition I want to go to but doubt I can make (Marlowe!) is causing me oodles of stress.

I do it for the love *snerk*.

Seriously though, I've always had a tendency towards over-committing myself... has it gotten worse or are people just being way more responsive to me of a sudden? Whatever it is, it's definitely NIDA related, regardless of whether in my head or theirs.

Successful human being = Excellent at whatever vocation (ie: Actor)
Sleep, Existing only in 1 time continuum, etc. = more successful human being.

Some days you have to be a successful human being. Trust yourself--I think the freaking out is wondering if the auditions you're missing for other auditions are maybe better choices for you. If the answer is "no" then you can cut yourself a little slack. Your faithful readers give you permission.

I know it's a good thing when I can start saying "no", but it's hard for me.

Also, there was a flyer for the production of Counsellor I'm not in on the hair table at Warner Bros., but I had a nice little chat with the hair guy about that... but talk about punch in the stomach.

It's okay. It really is. You are only human.

And a very nice one at that.

Very cool, I will definitely watch to see vampire-Rach on screen. Congrats again.

As for the rest, your luck is clearly impressively good. That given, if you can sanely get to something do so. However, if the world &/or exhaustion conspires against you to keep yo from getting to an audition, figure that your luck is perhaps either keeping you from getting into a big mess or making room for something better.

... wait, so, are you going to be on Third Watch? Because my whole family watches that religiously, and my mother will freak out.

Yeah... as a member of a vampire cult... I suspect the episode won't air until Halloween.

Oh, well. Added them to the Season Pass on Tivo now to be sure we don't miss your episode. Guess they're getting a new fan.
