Yes... clearly... a few days ago, it looked exactly liek a BBC news site and was going around the net and people bought it in all sorts of big blongs... I just linked to this because I thought the guy's explanation was funny.

No, I know, I saw it then. It was not a BBCNews URL even then, which made it pretty obvious that it wasn't a BBC News article.
