(no subject)

Today was final dress, attended by [livejournal.com profile] shakspearessis and [livejournal.com profile] mijra. It went well, and they loved it. Additionally, a friend of the director was there and also raved about it, so with three different age groups and backgrounds, I think all it well.

Those who are interested in attending should get their tickets at SmartTix, as we've gotten some good blurbs various places and have done a lot of show promotion. We open tomorrow night and we want you there.

Spent the day with the above mentioned people and [livejournal.com profile] ladyjaida as well, which was fun, although perhaps unwise for me as I am an introvert and between that and the heat I was a cranky monkey by the time I got to rehearsal, and that was Not Nice of Me.

Had one of those conversations with my mother where she asked if there were any boys that I liked. Am frustrated that she doesn't get that simple questions don't work for me and tick me off.

Am tired, must try to relax long enough to stomach sending emails that I must.

Xerox more resumes
Send out a ton of headshots
Go to an audution
Mark out my very insane schedule for the next two weeks very carefully
catch up on emails
Get to theater

After various delays, we are home, and we loved it all. Are tired, and going to bed; more later. That play was amazing--and hilarious!

"Yes, but they're imaginary," doesn't cut it, I suppose; nor would screeching, "Boys! Yucky-poo!"

Simple questions like that are exasperating.

Yay! Bring people if you can. It's a big theater to fill and lots of fun.

Ditto the first half of that; I've been shuddery, terse, and short-tempered all day. Good God, too many people and too much interaction, though I love all three of you.

As far as crankiness goes, you were fine, and I was busy being impressed at how it does actually just radiate off of you. Rehearsal, which I will rave about to anyone who will listen, and a few who won't, more than made up for pre-rehearsal crankiness, which I think we at least partly deserved. We should learn when to shut up.

Thank you so much for spending the day with us, despite scheduling and introversion. It was awesome.
