I'm at a client's house fighting with a printer. It's a HP 1310 and it insists the printer cartridge is stalled. There is no paper jam, I've restarted the fucker 8 billion times, at which point it clicks, whirs and twitches but it keeps coming up with the same error.

So what the hell do I do to make this fucker work?

Have you tried removing the allegedly-offending print cartridge and then putting it back in?

It may mean bad news. That's only what a Google search told me, though. I don't have any personal experience in the matter. Sorry. :`/
