Today has been interesting.

Stressful, but by better nature won, albeit barely.

When I got stressed because of information overload, I asked Kali nicely to explain things to me very very slowly. I usually don't allow myself that sort of thing, but it was helpful and prevented me from creating drama out of nothing othe than life kicking everyone's asses.

And I didn't burst into tears or freak out when I realized I'd forgotten to bring a headshot for an audition (because my cats mugged me for my lunch this morning, and it was a very stressful disorganized morning). I just bit the bullet, took a cab home from work, ran over to the audition and went back to work.

Nor did I freak out when an unleashed dog arrived unexpectedly at the office. He turned out to be a very nice dog, who wa perhaps excessively interested in our over-abundance of newspapers, but none were the worse for wear, at least when I left.

Did this Dog Let Itself In?

Sorry!

I don't know you well enough but when I first read that it sounded like a Man Bit Dog kind of thing! ;o)

I guess I have always lived in rural areas, so I think nothing of having an odd dog run through the house at times.

Ah, no, it was with a carpenter who was visiting our office. But the dog just trotted around on his own, so it took us a while to figure this out. Then he decided he didn't like being in our office, and waited patiently by the door in teh hallway for his person to be done with us.

At least it was a well behaved dog.
Congrats on keeping it together through the day!

Leave dog home if I ever do some Carpentry work for you!
