Schro is fine; the Internet however may now be broken

When I get my donation back, I'll be giving it to the local no-kill rescue group through which I got my cats.

I'm sorry for being part of this spiral of absurdity.

Hullooo! Found you through [livejournal.com profile] nissa. Got taken in by this story, too, but not enough to give the bitch money...

Heya! Yeah, I jsut saw you over there. Someone who knows her in RL and got screwed hard on this is on my friends list, i figured it was enough of a persona connection... but then, so did she....

Other than this shit, I hope all's well?

All is fascinating, lucrative, intriguing, creative...I'm in VT right now doing a show for the next few weeks, but I moved to New Orleans about a year and a half ago.

I've been working solely as an artist since 2001, I'm in the process of writing a book, and I've sold 4 original paintings in the last 2 months in addition to the usual prints, commissions & body painting. I've even done some storyboards & a bit o' movie work.

No complaints;)

How's on your end? How's modeling going? Why are you still living in NYC??

Crap ass day, but life is good in general. Am still in NYC because it's that or LA and NYC seems to suit me better. Well, also still here because I haven't figured if/how/when to move to Sydney yet, as if I'm going anywhere that's where.

I've been sort of avoiding modeling like the plague. Acting is my very good friend now though.

I knew you moved, but not much else. What's the scoop on the book?

Random: I was at my dance instructor's house a couple of weeks ago and she has one of your prints. It was a funny small world thing.

Long story on the book, but suffice it to say, its already 27,000 words and I'm writing it at the behest of a publisher/editor. I'll keep people posted as it becomes more real. So far, the people who've read parts of it tell me it doesn't suck.

Who's your dance instructor?? Do I know her? Where'd she get one of my pieces? Too weird.

And, have you spoken to Stu at all? Last I heard, he was having a strange, whackass disconnect with reality. Is he okay?

[identity profile] rm.livejournal.com 2005-07-07 05:33 am (UTC)(link)
I've not spoken to him since right after I got back from Sydney, so probably early February. He was about to go to China at the time. I should see what's up.

Yay on the book.

Dance teacher is Susan DiGuardiola and I know it was at some con or other as she's part of that universe too (she is a nexus of small world theater, I'm constantly meeting peopel who have some vague connection with her from totally disparate worlds).
