Let's recap shall we:
- They double charged my credit card
- They interrupted my service for no reason
- After my service was restored it went out, and they won't send someone to look at it until SATURDAY (I now have no Internet at home, jeopardizing one of my jobs).
- On the phone they have at various points: accused me of lying, accused me of stealing cable from my downstairs neighbors (they don't believe I live in a duplex), lied to me about how they keep their records, lied to me about fixing an error in their records
And there's nothing I can do, other than keep paying the scumbag fuckers.
So if you don't hear from me for a few days, this is why. And yes, it's reducing me to tears and madness.
