I love her work. I have not loved two days on her set (which really, was pretty frigging far from her fault, but it's become the inappropriately funny sentence of the day).

Oh I didn't realize you were working with her, how great for you! Is there a RM works with icons of New York filter that I'm not on? If so, may I be on it? I promise to refrain from asking you to get her autograph for me.

Heh. It was just background work, and no exciting filter. Not that exciting. but having spent two days n hell on a movie musical now, I must say, Moulin Rouge will never look the same.

All of that said, I think this movie of her (Across the Universe) is going to be astoundingly interesting, although I'm not sure if it will actually work.

Well, they said that about Titus when it came out and that holds up well. Here's to hoping this works.

Getting background work on cool shit ought not be underrated- you get to participate in something wonderful. I hope the rest of your life and career is working out well.

LIfe is very good (new apartment, going away this weekend with the gf, fat cat successfully dieting, etc.).

Career is probably better than I think, although I just feel like I'm in this revolving door hell of background work right now in an effort to get my SAG membership. But yeah, it's nice to work on stuff I care about. Certainly, I should be reminded of this if I get called for the Oliver Stone thing shooting here. Because that would just be... well, something.

If you get called for anything to do with Mr Stone, I am so going to giggle ;O)
