Kali's dress has sleeves, attached and trimmed even. Have I mentioned the dress is green with silver? Have I mentioned how absurd this is all going to be? Have I mentioned how outed we're going to be as nerdly freaks?

Tonight is the big putting the two halves together, and perhaps seeing the innnards of my dress (which I had britgeekgrrl do for me, will help it make more sense and less trial and error. One year I really have to start this sort of nonsense early.

In the next couple of days I need to get gloves (possibly for both of us), hot rollers (where do they sell those?), some trim that I want to add while on the train, safety pins, and a bustier at H&M (because for whatever reson theirs fit me wrong enough to create the right silhouette).

My head is exploding. And apparently the only thing that will take the green ink that was part of my birthday present from Kali off my hands is my conditioner -- which is one of those things that really needs less thought, not more.

Do they have hot rollers at Ricky's?

Also if you can find a Sally Beauty Supply or Venus Cosmetics or whatever the equivalent is there you can probably find them

I'm sure you can get hot rollers at Walgreen's or the equivalent, or possibly at Target. I know I just saw them at Walgreen's not long ago.

Conditioner is also useful for removing soap scum from the shower, which makes sense if you think about it.
