rmHoliday shopping for my parents is finished, which means all of my holiday shopping is finished. I just have to wait for a few more things to arrive and brave the post office.
My dad is geting some organic soaps, a huge mix of pumpkin spiced pecans and orange spiced cashews (he's addicted to nuts, and my mother thinks they're gross and won't buy them for him), and the His Dark Materials trilogy. My mom is getting handmade Hanukka candles, a selection of gourmet chocolates and The City of Falling Angels. I also got them a nice bottle of wine.
One of teh truly great things about my neighborhood, and there are oddly many, is the supermarket has limeade year round, and, groveries that just cost me $25 would have cost me $35 downtown.
