1. It truly boggles my mind that there are pieces in this festival I'm in that haven't been cast yet, or more insanely, are still looking for a director. Excuse me while I knock this shit out of the park.

2. Just because words are imprecise does not give you license to deny the obvious, especially when the act of doing so has a negative emotional impact on those your purport to care about. Say it early and often, kids, not years after the fact like me.

1. hi, we thought it would be fun to do this show, but see, we can't agree on what it should look like, or whatever, so, like, we need someone to come and give us a, you know, *vision*.

2. well, duh. unless you are truly clueless, in which case, someone should give you kick in the pants. i deny the obvious all the time out of obliviousness, but i realize that isn't what you meant.
