very brief sundries

rmExhausted. The film I was working on is apparently about 9/11 and involves Adam Sandler trying to transition to dramatic actor. No, really.
Project Runway: I loved three of Chloe's pieces, including the suit. The other rest I thought looked like bad 80s Dynasty flashbacks -- everything in that pink and that gold was grotesque. The judges don't watch enough anime to see the Japanese in Daniel's stuff. I saw it. And I loved his more structured garments (the camel dress, the brocade jacket and the white coat). Santino had a few great pieces, but mostly bored me -- besidess, so not my aesthetic in general. I feel he consigns women to their femininity when he's not smothering them with it.
Hedda: tomorrow, I'm tired.
I bought the special edition of HP 4 -- but because I can't find the damn remote for my DVD player, I can't get to the special features, and I'm twitching, TWITCHING at not being able to see teh deleted scenes right now.

Date: 2006-03-09 05:15 am (UTC)Chloe's reminded me of Koi fish, Daniel's looked like Talbot's careerwear and Santino's had pretty things in it, but I agreed with Nina that it lacked his passion. Too brown and I didn't seee anything that told me 1940s.
So I guess even if I only liked a piece or two of Chloe's I did love the shapes and the teal and blue fabrics.
