Let me preface this by saying I'm not particularly a comic book afficianado, nor do I particularly know all that much about the Alan Moore saga, but what I wouldn't give to see what he's got lying aorund his house:

Today, he resides in the sort of home that every gothic adolescent dreams of, one furnished with a library of rare books, antique gold-adorned wands and a painting of the mystical Enochian tables used by Dr. John Dee, the court astrologer of Queen Elizabeth I. He shuns comic-book conventions, never travels outside England and is a firm believer in magic as a "science of consciousness." "I am what Harry Potter grew up into," he said, "and it's not a pretty sight."

Alan Moore is possibly one of the neatest human beings on the planet. I would kill to see the inside of his house.

I am obsessed with the fact that Alan Moore apparently has a Cherub Vortex on one wall. Neil Gaiman occasionally refers to it in his journal. I have no idea what it is, but I very much want to see it.

My friends in the comic book biz who know him say that yeah, he's everything that that paragraph describes. I wonder what the people in his how town think. Probably, "Oh, it's that Moore bloke again. Kids, keep away from him."
