Had a very nice evening with Kali, even if the beginning was not auspicious (mass was going on when we were to meet at St. Pat's and then the gallery exhibit was great, but the tour and alumni part of it was surreal and a bit dreadful, so we wandered off on our own). Much wandering and discussing delicious things in inapropriate places. Still have not heard from my parents which could mean any number of things including postal snafu's, general denial, considered response or being lazy about checking their mail. I, meanwhile, am trying not to loose my mind. Also: bagels, crackers and toast, oh my.

Tomorrow I have to register for Central Casting, work, skip out of work for the Tartan Day parade, and then more work. Fun fun.

I will think positive thoughts towards you. When I came out to my mom (to her face, although admittedly with awful timing) she managed complete denial. She's still managing complete denial 5 years later. It's pretty impressive. She's like Cleopatra or something.
