I stayed up way too late last night reading fic. I don't know where the time got to. I haven't done that in ages.

today I have to see if the laundromat is open and do laundry if it is. I also have work to do at home, before finishing up a big project I've been doing for one of my gigs. The conclusion of that will be a relief to all concerned.

My hair is hilarious today, it looks like I crimped it, because I put it up ornately yesterday while it was still wet, and when i took it down it did this. I'll have to wash it before I even do laundry if I want to have any dignity at all.

My favorite candy shop closed yesterday, without any advance notice because they lost their lease. This has happened before, but I don't know if they will reopen this time. It's a small family business that's been going for some 70-odd years and they may have well been priced out of town. this is upsetting.

My parents reminded me that the formal gardens in Central Park are in bloom, so it may be time to get costumey and inspired and head over there with any number of people.
