Despite being told we all had work until the end of the week, we were released for the rest of the week. So it's back to land of crappy day job starting tomorrow, until I scare up some more Work I'd Rather Be Doing.

Realy post about real things (maybe) soon.

But life is good.

I'm good.

and I need to take this gluten thing really really seriously, because aside from my stomach, I got a serious lesson on the mood disorder front in the last week.

Meanwhile, I am in possession of a Target gift card from Judy's Book work. Why don't they have this in a color that I could actually possibly live with? because I really like it, but current bedroom present color scheme says no, as does my nerdliness, the ongoing peacableness of crap running around in my head and the fact that I can't live with lots of red where I sleep. So it's a quadrouple no. Alas. Am notcing Target stuff is all either very feminine or modern, and neither really appeals.

Well, yes, I totally agree with the textures and richness.

And if we can't bemoan mass market's lack of catering to our special whims once and awhile, then we'll ALL be stuck with pink taffeta crap for the rest of our lives.

Bemoan away.

Oh, and would someone PLEASE take pink off Isaac Mizrahi's palate for at LEAST one season? Long live the greens!

Seriously. I feel like while he's long been a parody of himself, his design now is too, and that's annoying.

The only thing he's ever said that I liked was advice on bras - find one that fits properly and gives the shape you want and then buy 10 of them.

Other than that, I found like one or two pairs of shoes under his label that were black and I could ignore the pink interior.

Pink and I don't get along.
