That can't be all they pay for an article! Really?

No, I make much more on most of them. But this was written in about 5 minutes, so I'm rather happy with my hourly.

You're a fast writer then! So how is the pay scale usually figured out? Per assignment? Per word count? Based on topic?

Basically, you write an article and then they make an offer. It's between $3 and $40 and usually is related to how much income they can generate from the article by google ad placement along side of it -- so the rate has to do with how easy it is to find the article (keywords), quality of writing, and how much revenue ads on that subject generate. My highest offer has been $13. I make a point only to write things i can write fast, so my hourly stays at around 420 - $30 when I do sit down and write for them.

That totally rules. Really. Hah!
