That's so cool that you are able to incorporate so many important things into one tat. And now I have to go and research Anubis some more, since I know only the bare bones basics about him/Him and now, as usual, you've got me all curious about something.
I'm a big fan of the Golden Age of Dutch history, which started off when I read this book called "Tulipomania" and got sidetracked with "Girl with a Pearl Earring" and has now become a full-blown obsession. It helps that I can spending lots of time walking around in places that haven't changed all that much since then. I'll not also bore you with my Tudor issues, as they've practically become the WalMart of history via the SCA and Ren Faire. :c) But I can identify with how important it is to you.
Too chicken to get a tattoo, though. And I'm already getting wrinkly, so I think my window of opportunity has slammed shut.
There's a fantastic essay by ClunyCat on Scribbulis (or however it's spelled) over on Leaky Cauldron about Snape and the Anubis archetype. Her citations are a good starting place, whether you read the piece or not.
