Despite the fact I have to write a full, proper review of Dreamgirls later tonight, I really only have one thing to say that matters:

Eddie Murphy -- OMG who the hell knew? His performance is so amazing and electric and just wow. I had no idea. I'm not even sure I wanted to have an idea.

Isn't it kind of sad when you see actors that have been selling themselves short* for so many years show what they can really do?


*Of course, it may be the industry selling them short as well and the threat of no paycheck moving them to coast along.
