(no subject)

This week has been rough for me. I've been sick, a lot, and it seems to be some combination of trace gluten in packaged food probably froma mixed facility, a sudden increasing intolerance for dairy and the system stressors of the near death experience. Acknowleding that I've been ill, as opposed to brazening through it, has made the largest difference, and as tired and crappy as I feel emotionally and physically right now, it is, in a certain way the most even ("this is what's going on") I've felt all week.

I'm okay. The people I know are okay. Whether I like it or not.

Dinner, Descensus and knocking paint off the walls. And a bath. And I should be good.

Hey, are the cats entranced by the moving swordpoint? (I know, they're not kittens.)

This made me bellow with laughter. it's been a day.

Anyway, yes, yes they are, but they also want to know why I keep hitting the wall with it. Are there bugs there? Are there cool thigns they shoud be playing with? They go after the spot on the wall as often as they follow the end of the foil.

That's a huge accomplishment there, and sometimes makes me feel both better and worse after the fact. If that makes any sense. It makes me feel scared and naked that people know I can be sick/hurt. Boy, have I had to get over that one. :p

Feel better soon. :)

You might try taking some probiotics. Your (forgive me) "gut flora" is probably not very happy right now, between everything, and I found it made a fairly large difference in my ability to process food correctly, especially dairy.

I liked this best.
