I do have to thank you for posting some of your trials and tribulations. Now I have a better idea of the whole thing -- my new boss is Celiac and at least I know what it is and what it means.
Thanks. It's a weird thing, because it's both not a big deal (I'm not _dying_), but it's also a totally big deal. Travelling with it is definitely the next adventure.
Oh, yeah, I can see how that would be. I'm lucky my boss is a foodie, and I get to share in the "I made too much" thing. She's also a runner, and almost seriously hurt herself on the last race because the energy drink they had on hand's main ingredient was malodextrin. Now I know what THAT is.
