Today on the subway giong to fencing I saw a junkie with bleeding knees on a nod. She had a beautiful, but worried and with clipped wings parrot on her shoulder, and I was very very worried for the bird.

No, she clearly, as much as she could, seemed very fond of it and concerned for it, but you know, that doesn't say much for the logistics of the situation.
