I am off to work now, having just researched the mailing of things to Cyprus, which is slow and costly. I think I will send a weekly packet via a fast method as it will make the most sense in terms of $$ and time.

You're ahead of me; I haven't yet looked up what it's like to mail things the other direction. It's not too costly, is it? I'd feel guilty.

The post office makes it look much worse than it is. I just mailed you a welcome letter and it cost about 20% of what the USPS website said and they told me 5 - 7 days.
