They still aren't entirely clear though, haven't said sorry and seem not to understand the Internet.

Got it, but it's on the pile of emails that I need to respond to, which is about 20 deep right now. That siad, i'm hoping before I go to SF, but maybe not until I'm back. But it's all good.
