If you are still interested in January, I might be going to their retail outlet in person. They're more or less between here and my grandparents (in South Bend).
There's a reason why i've only ever ordered once from them. Got a sweater and shirt on sale for a real bargain, but the shipping bumped them back up to original price. Not Amused.
