If you want to order a copy directly from me so I can sign it, drop email to racheline @ gmail dot com. The book retails for $14.95, which is what I'll be charging, but I'll give LJ'ers free shipping.
Amazon, meanwhile, should be shipping out pre-orders by the end of the week, so you can also order there.
