I really like the idea of bringing it back, only I'm not sure putting the tubes under water is the best idea. It would seem prohibitively expensive if you needed to do a repair there.

*chuckle* While that would be amazing, it was just discussion of how long vacuum technology has been around. With specific reference to vacuuming up the feces in pastures to eliminate worms. Because all parasitology lectures must result in the use of the phrase "poop piles" as frequently as possible.

As far as I know, deaf veterinarians are rather uncommon. I'm sure there must be the occasional deaf student in the undergrad class, though.
