HPD is coming to inspect the apartment on Wednesday. This is a good thing in the sense that it means are evil management company is being forced to make various repairs. This is a pain in the ass in the sense that, I need to clean the bedroom and it's in the middle of the day. Ah well, it will get me cleaning, and maybe we can schedule getting the living room painted and the peeling bathroom paint fixed.

Also, some guy rang the bell saying he was the downstairs neighbor and locked himself out and wanted to crawl through my bedroom window, onto the fireescape to let himself into his apartment. I felt bad, but I had to say no, as I've never seen the downstairs neighbor before, so I have no idea if that was him or not.

No. Most people know Cos, but I know very people who met through him. For NYers I think it's usually Neutral Ground. That or something fannish. Or Mr. Fox.
