rmThere's a frightening warning coming out of Australia regarding gluten-free snacks made with cassava or tapioca and how they can cause arsenic to form in the stomach -- leading to vomiting, exhaustion etc.
I wish I could fucking remember what else I ate the day I got "food poisoning."
