Okay, fanfiction I can understand, because the legality of fanfic is dubious even if a lot of writers encourage it because of free advertising or whatever. That could be a covering their ass sort of thing, although if it is, I'd like them to say so. Although unless there are fanfic writers ignoring cease and desist letters, I don't see what the problem is.

Bisexuality? No excuse.
