The only thing that bothers me about this is that it was a 4-3 decision. I'd rather it be on a bit more solid footing, knowing the California judicial system.

But my state did good today.

I couldn't wade through 172 pages of legal terminology; does said marriage law apply the benefits and obligations of marriage to same-sex couples who have a civil union in another state?
