The only thing that bothers me about this is that it was a 4-3 decision. I'd rather it be on a bit more solid footing, knowing the California judicial system.

But my state did good today.

A 4-3 decision in a court made up of 6 Republican and 1 Democratic appointees. I'm pretty happy with that. Our state did good today.
