- Little is hiding less today and is eating wet food eagerly. Still no interest in dry food and is not enthused about water (I think it's the taste of the meds) but drinks water greedily if mixed with her food, so doing that. I feel a lot less worried.

- Isengart is doing a free thing in front of the Neue Gallery this coming Tuesday. Am thrilled.

- My new stationary is so entirely sexy. And a letter to Patty on it is on its way already.

- Going out with fencers who didn't come to Italy tonight for the post-mortem.

- Think my jetlag may finally be over.

- Feel like a bright shiny thing.

- Doing a gig as Snape for a photo booth at a wizard rock festival (kalichan! The photographer is http://www.jenzak.com who did the awesome DoV pics you've seen -- we should get our various Descensus visuals participants down to this (it's in Brooklyn in September).

- There's a pair of trousers on Gentleman's Emporium I really want for reasons too dubious to mention. Smallest waist is about 5" bigger than mine. Really debating if a tailor can solve this.

Wow, I haven't written on actual stationery in 15 years. Boy, did I ever burn up the foolscap in my day, though. My LJ is mostly a more public forum for the kinds of random thoughts I used to put into handwritten letters.

Five inches does seem a lot. Also, when the braces attach to a waist narrower than the overall trousers were designed for, and then rise up to the shoulders, wouldn't they sort of tilt out diagonally from waist to shoulders in a way that doesn't recreate the straight clean line the whole look would have on a gentleman?

Some ways to get her to drink more:
You can buy "Cat Milk" at most pet supply stores
OR
If you feel like having some chicken, you can boil the chicken and give her the water after it has cooled.
