stupid iPod question

So I have this Torchwood FST all planned out.

And all the tracks are on my iPod. And the easiest way for me to deal with this is to get them off my iPOd and onto my work computer (which is not the computer I sync to) to upload them for the FST.

Is there anyway to do that? Because I tried yesterday and couldn't figure it out.

If your work computer is a mac, there is a great program you can download (probably for free), called IpodRip.

It might work for PCs, but it is magical, allowing you to access the content of any Ipod.
