I suppose I can't be bitter that the tailoring on the slacks is costing $40 when they only cost me $8 in the first place (ah, Burlington Coat Factory).

Found a hat that's passable (much like this entire kludge of an outfit). Yay Reminiscence.

Work crises being mitigated at least.

Still need to deal with fencing bag.

And wow, Marc Almond Death's Diary was like my favorite song for a while ages ago and I just dug it up again and dumped it onto my Torchwood playlist, but now it's disturbing me. I can decide if I was weirder as a kid who loved this song or as an adult who feels more than a bit squeamish about it. It's still kinda awesome though.

Ack. I'm glad they're able to do it in time, but I'm sorry they aren't less expensive.

Marc Almond. Now I wish my turntable worked. Must get it repaired.

Well, one could say $48 for a pair of pants that are exactly what you want and fit you perfectly is not too bad.

Is there a good seamsperson around who could sew tailored men's suits for you, or do you prefer your clothes to have brand labels?

I very much prefer to have stuff custom made for me, the problem is finding someone who can do the historical influences I want for various things without going costumey on me. I've yet to find anyone local, although I keep finding various solutions to particular needs scattered about.
