For me, the treatment his first wife got at his hands is far more relevant, and telling, than the actual age (so long as of age) of Cindy McCain when they met or her age now.
I would be inclined to agree, with the proviso that we don't know what actually transpires within a marriage, and as far as I know his first wife supports him politically. But...um...policy?
