No idea. I know what building it involves because that's where the red HazMat tape is, but otherwise, no clue.

Ah, HazMat teams. That takes me back to highschool when of couple of idiot students decided it would be funny to steal mercury from the chemistry lab and then proceeded to spill it on a picnic bench and the pathways in the middle of campus. Men in full HazMat gear really liven up highschool life.

I remember once in early high school something like this happened at my house; my friend's mom was dropping me off after some silly outing (mall? roller rink?) and as we pulled up to my house, we saw two fire trucks, ambulance, hazmat and a few other lesser vehicles parked in our driveway and swarming the yard.

I compounded my friend's mom's horror by wailing "What did dad do *this* time?" implying (truthfully) that this wasn't the first incident.

Dad was not really at fault; gas mains are supposed to be buried a lot less than six inches deep. One should be able to re-plant a bush in the yard without sticking a shovel into one.

Hopefully the excitement is over and not contagious in any bad ways.

I worked in a lab in college for a couple of years. One day, I'm there, unloading glassware or what have you, when some guys come in in FULL hazmat/radiation protection gear and are using a geiger counter on everything. I'm in jeans & a tee shirt & converse. He has me pick up my shoes so he can use the counter on my feet. Spill, down the hall, apparently on the way past the autoclave, so radiation was being tracked all over the lab. After they checked my shoes (clean) I was told to leave the building. Whoooops!
