Can I just say how frightening I find the Republican convention?

Open religious hatred and chants of "USA" that sound angry rather than proud. I am sincerely, sincerely, completely creeped the fuck out by this. I wish I didn't think it sounded high strung when I say I feel unsafe listening to this shit.

I feel like such a lamer, but I cannot, cannot watch that stuff. It just makes me violently upset and feeling like I have to puke!

I don't even watch it later on youtube. I usually read speeches when they are posted/commentary.
