God, Keith Olbermann is one sexy motherfucker.

Also, did we all just hear some senator call Rachel Maddow "sir"? TWICE? That was pretty hot too. Especially when she laughed.

As I have worked very closely with them as well as people who work very closely with them on a regular basis, I can tell you with complete certainty two things:

-Rachel is awesomer than awesome, really down-to-earth, and is completely deserving of adoration.

-Keith, not so much. A bit of an ego on him, though he is so so so very smart and is really inspiring to watch when his wheels get turning.

Also, the producers on both shows are some of the most wonderful and hardest working people in the world. They are amazing.

This doesn't surprise me. Privilege doesn't tend to make one nice, and Olbermann's got a lot of it just by being the largest dude in the room.

It's sad because I used to really love him but in daily watching, you can see the ego ooze out of him.
But Rachel is just bubbling with spunk and honesty and even brings Uncle Pat Buchanan on to point-counter-point with, then gives him a 'good try, man' Pat on the back after verbally slaughtering him and his point. I really do adore her and am so glad she's joined our network.
