Topsy Turvy isn't Luhrmann, although the movie is well within the spirit of his work.

Topsy Turvy is one of the most astounding films I've ever seen though. It's so smart and it so pretends to be about one thing and then blindsides you with what it's really doing in the last ten minutes.
