Oh wow. What is Tibetan food? I have no idea, but I'm hungry just thinking about it.

Hearty but mostly vegetarian or chicken and fish (so light), lots of giner, lots of potatoes and vegies, low on oil, not a lot of soy sauce in everything (so I can eat it).
