Then you discover that because of the shitty economy, if you go back to maxing out your "want to spend" number, you can upgrade to serious motherfucking luxury (and not have a balcony obstructed by life boats).

Date: 2009-01-29 06:06 pm (UTC)(obviously, as others have said, if you feel like you're on financial thin ice and you need to be making cutbacks in a lot of categories, it might be better to conserve. but I'm assuming that if you were in that situation you wouldn't be asking the question in the first place.)
