That hole doubled in size before they were done, and when they come back to close it all up, more is probably getting ripped down first.

The one time I was on a jury it was a case where a family in NY City public housing were suing because their bathroom ceiling allegedly collapsed on the dad while he was on the toilet. But after a 2 and a half week trial we determined the family was vastly exaggerating their version of events, and didn't award them much of anything.
