This is why both LJ Idol drama _and_ fandom makes me so aggravated.

We're so invested in words, and yet feel perfectly free to act as if those words have no consequences. Well, they fucking do, people.

Thanks. I try and I don't always succeed. I've definitely been cranky this week (not just Idol) and definitely bordered on losing my temper with Gary earlier, but I a having big, abstract This Is Not Okay at the Internet this week.
