I enjoyed it. I do think that the movie does not effectively do what Moore does in the comic - and I think that the change at the end of the movie (I won't spoil it for you), while it certainly makes the movie more intelligible to the audience-goer who is unfamiliar with the source material, doesn't really make sense in terms of the universe of the comic.
If you loved the comic, there are many parts of this movie that will ring absolutely true for you. That said, there are many parts where you will have to fill in the blanks intellectually to follow the deeper meaning of what is going on. I think the resolution is frustrating and confusing without that framework.
Also Nite Owl and Silk Spectre II hooking up is a scene you will either love or hate. I loved it.
