Wow!

Just to let everyone know, I'm on a very tight deadline for the end of the month while also trying to get the apartment in order for the return of my partner who has been on an archaeological dig for the last three months.

I will get everyone added back, respond to comments, etc., but it's probably going to take a bit of time.

In the meantime, if there's anything you'd like me to know about you or would like to know about me or you're looking for an excuse to chatter amongst yourselves on something other than ConFail, please feel free to use the comments in this post.

I'm going to blush wildly again and say I did not know about the trivia book, but was referring to the heartbreaking & lovely "I Did Not Know..." - have said to Mel several times that I would LOVE to be able to write to that level of refined characterization.

So, that's my total fangirl squeeee! at you, now I can set it aside and stop being embarrassed. :D

btw, speaking of your writing partner, has there been any further news on the kalichan front that you are allowed to share? we are all pulling for her & her dad...

It's in the hurry up and wait process, so while she knows more stuff that she's told me about, she doesn't know if it paints the full picture of the situation. That said, I do know he's recovering very well from the surgery, but the whole thing remains pretty all-consuming both logistically and emotionally.

And thank you, of course. I'll pass the kind words on to her as well. Yeah... I have a Harry Potter trivia book out. That's among my _actual_ credentials for now.
