I thought it might be Queen Anne's Lace, which seemed odd to me as it was purposely planted in a park, and my understanding is that it's a weed that nearly everyone is crazy allergic to.
And I'm so glad you like that one; as I didn't have a sense of whether it translated for people that haven't been to that place.
